Led by a common vision of “a good life for people with disabilities as citizens within our communities,” in June 2005, 4 provincial grassroots organizations that represent people with disabilities and their families worked together to identify changes needed in Developmental Services in Ontario to support citizens with disabilities.

- People for Personalized Funding – formerly the Special Services at Home/Passport Provincial Coalition (SSAH-PC)
