Eric Burgin is an Independent Facilitator who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and their families to build lives that are meaningful, connected, and directed by the person themselves. His approach is grounded in listening, relationship-building, and helping people focus on what matters most to them.

Eric works alongside individuals and families in areas such as person-directed planning, strengthening circles of support, navigating services and systems, exploring housing and employment options, and building stronger community connections. He is known for being thoughtful, practical, and easy to talk to, with a focus on helping people move from ideas to meaningful action.

He is committed to ongoing learning through training, mentoring, peer collaboration, and reflective practice, and believes that good facilitation is rooted in respect, transparency, and accountability.
